Q: I am a professional buyer, interested in viewing work in person. Is this possible?
A: Of course. Our private exhibition space is above our offices in Lexington, KY. Simply give us a call and we’ll set up an appointment. (Work is shown only by appointment.)

Q: What about release of work on approval? My client needs to see the work in the space before making a decision.
A: We understand that occasionally artwork will need to be released on approval to ensure that the work is right for a particular space. We are happy to accommodate these requests; however, we do require payment in full upfront (credit cards are accepted!). Work may be released to a potential buyer for up to 30 days. Upon return of the artwork in excellent condition, the purchase price will be refunded.

Q: What credit cards do you take?
A: At this time, we accept credit card payments through PayPal.com. It’s really simple: we send you an e-mail, and PayPal sends you a click-to-pay link. Safe, secure, and convenient.

Q: What about shipping and handling of artwork?
A: Artwork will be prepared and packed for shipping by the artist or his appointed agent. At this time, unless negotiated otherwise, shipping/freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer. This protects the buyer’s interests, allowing the buyer to choose his preferred shipping agency. Alternatively, the buyer may elect to pick up the artwork in person.

Q: I’m an artist, and would love to be represented by gallery2824. What do I need to do?
A: We’re currently reviewing portfolios. Contact us by phone or e-mail, and we’ll fill you in on the submission requirements in detail.
